Support With Compassion Family Counseling is owned and operated by Donna L. Withrow, LCSW-C. Donna began the practice with a desire to meet people wherever they are in their life journey and to help them see only they have the power to change.

Donna holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Towson University and a Masters in Social Work from University of Maryland Baltimore. She is licensed in the state of Maryland as a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C).

Donna has office in Bel Air (Bel Forest Baptist) and Joppa (Maple View Baptist).
